Delivery Policy
At Telcos.ke, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery for our customers. However, please note that all delivery times provided are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Telcos.ke shall not be held liable for any such delays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. In the event of a failed or refused delivery, the customer will bear any associated costs or damages.
- Ownership and risk of the goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery. Customers must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within three (3) days. Failure to do so will be considered an acceptance of the goods in their delivered condition.
Payment Policy
- All product prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Customers must make full payment for orders at checkout, without any deductions or counterclaims.
- The total price includes applicable taxes, including 16% VAT (Value Added Tax) in compliance with Kenyan tax regulations.
- Telcos.ke reserves the right to modify or discontinue products and services at any time without prior notice.
Return & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy is as follows:
Returns Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Special orders, peripherals, software, and clearance items are non-refundable.
- Sealed products cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty upon arrival.
- Customers outside Nairobi should contact our customer support for return facilitation.
Defective Product Returns:
- If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturer fault, customers must report it within 3 days of purchase for an exchange or credit.
- If a defect is reported after 3 days, the customer must follow the manufacturer’s warranty process.
- A credit note may be issued if the product is returned within 48 hours, in its original condition.
- Returns that are incorrectly packaged may incur a 15% handling fee.
- Customers must present the original invoice for all returns.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for returns made beyond 3 days of purchase.
Warranty Policy
All products sold by Telcos.ke come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Terms:
- Products are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is void if the product serial number has been tampered with or removed.
- Customers must report defective-on-arrival products within 3 days for an exchange; otherwise, the manufacturer’s warranty process applies.
- UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies) come with a manufacturer’s warranty; Telcos.ke guarantees them only for the first 7 days.
- For manufacturer-warrantied items, customers must take them to the designated warranty center in Nairobi CBD with a valid purchase receipt.
- Telcos.ke does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers. We do not guarantee compatibility, performance, or merchantability beyond the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Changes to These Terms
Telcos.ke reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Customer Agreement
By placing an order with Telcos.ke, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. No Telcos.ke employee or agent has the authority to alter these terms. Prior dealings do not modify or override these terms.
